Have you ever observed that people who worry all the time often find themselves in situations, one right after the other, that bring fresh worries? It is as if their worry room is never empty. It is crowded all the time.
Once a lady told me that she has been unhappy all her life, though she had always been prayerful to God. I said, “Perhaps the god you worship is really the ‘god of unhappiness.’ This is because the mind is like a spider. It keeps spinning silken threads out of its own mouth, building a web. And then it moves around, and around, but it never leaves the web of its own creation. “
If you are not conscious of who You really are; if you have not answered the question, "Who am I"? If you do not find the significance of the True Self within, then you are putting off achievement of life's single most significant goal. As you continue to stretch, breathe, meditate, pray, love, and celebrate, you will see that your Mind becomes more and more luminous, more and more powerful. You find yourself creating miracles that you only thought were impossible.
Trust the power of your positive thoughts. Give up negativity. It is not necessary to run away from darkness, just be bold, upright, and confident. Bring the light of positive power into your thoughts. Become worshippers of Light. Darkness was never really there, it existed because you gave recognition to it. Once you have light, you will not find darkness anywhere. That is true freedom! That is the true goal of living!
