It is because you are trying to control the mind that you become frustrated when your mind slips out of your grip. The more you condemn yourself for your inability to control your mind, the more you fall into the negative channels.
Just rise up to this understanding: you don't have to control your mind but only observe it. This observation creates the miracle that you are longing to see. The mind calms down the moment you start to just observe it.
This observer element is very powerful, for it is engineered by the power of Consciousness. The Light of Consciousness does the miracle of calming the mind, not your controlling ego.
