The Indian word 'Namaste' is profoundly significant for it reflects the namaskar mudra. When you bring your left and your right hands together you are basically bringing the two forces of negative and positive power together in a very balanced state where the negative forces merge into the positive. This brings about an aura of positive vibrations that spread all around you and ripple over to the universe.
The word Namaste means 'I salute the God in you'. This too is very significant. It reminds us that God does not live in the farthest heavens but God lives in the very shrine of our hearts. Knowing God is now and here, nowhere else, is a comforting assurance, and by saying Namaste you are recognizing that reality and reconfirming its truth.
So also when I am expressing my profoundest gratitude and love and thankfulness, on this time of Thanksgiving, I say unto each one of you "I thank the God in you". In reality, it is God thanking God!
Whom else can we thank other than the Divine. For in the midst of all the diversities of life that add color and thrill to life is the perennial Truth of Divinity as the only Transcendental Reality. In the diversity the mind is out of focus, in unity the mind is United with the Unity Principle.
Thank you all for being focused on the True Purpose of Human life on this Blue Vibrating Loving Mother Earth.
Love surrounds, joy abounds, peace flows........................
