Nothing is dear to God than just pure gratitude coming from the heart. Gratitude opens the heart, cleans the mind and intensifies our depth of divine experience.
Sakshibhav is to be the Witness to every thing that is happening to you or you are doing or thinking. This is such a wonderful practice by which you can be awake to the reality that you are not the doer, not the thinker, not the boss. That nature in its own course keeps manifesting everything in its infinite creativity, but the Witness within only remains a Witness.
Let us take for example, you are reading this, you can read it as sakshi, that is you read while you are conscious of the fact that there is a witness within you who is just witnessing your reading process. The mind reads and you witness the mind.
At times just look or see something and then become aware of yet another higher dimension of seeing the Seer. As if some one is peeping through the windows of your open eyes. Practice this in every little effort of yours and you will soon be a person with peace and calmness. Agitations and anger will no longer disturb you, for the witnessing Self will beam the Light of the Higher Mind and you will see the transitoriness of the external happenings, pleasant and unpleasant.
I wish you keep up with this sense of gratitude and wakefulness, so that you know that you are born to be happy and not mind things which make you unhappy. Just say "Never Mind" and move on. All is perfect in its own places.
Love happening,
Baba
