The whole purpose of meditation in your daily life is to gradually empower your conscience and live life inside out. Regular practice of meditation, mindfulness and gratitude will clear the clutter of your mind and allow more clarity to your thoughts which basically motivate your emotions.
As you develop a better Inner Vision through your meditative practice the usual conspiracy of the mind will be replaced with an awakened consciousness, and you'll be able to realize whether your emotions are genuine or fake. If you are suppressing your feelings, negative emotions like anger, you can never feel the natural flow of life and your happiness will be more of a pretense than reality.
When love blossoms in your heart you are in the flow of life and take it from me, no one but you will be the first to witness what true celebration of life is! What it is to allow the God to be God in you!!
